Experience inspired cuisine from all regions of France. Choose from a variety of hors d’oeuvres, including steak tartare and Parmesan green-bean tempura. Stop by and try the Snake River Farms corned beef with sauerkraut on marbled rye, or moules frites (fries and mussels). Lunch is Mon-Fri starting at 11am and features fresh salads, burgers and our Brasserie foot-long hot dog smothered in Mornay sauce with field greens, roasted-pepper relish, two types of Dijon mustard and aged balsamic on an artisanal bun. Other entrées include wild salmon filet with sugar snap peas, almonds and mint, and salade Niçoise. From 9am to 3pm on Saturday and Sunday, brunch features traditional breakfast egg dishes, including a wonderful variety of Benedicts and custom omelets. Try housemade bread and muffins or our ham-and-cheese crêpes. Satisfy your sweet tooth with sticky date pudding served with Kahlúa ice cream, or brûléed chocolate pot de crème with whiskey cream and vanilla macaroons. For a quality, casual dining experience, visit Crêpes à la Cart, where thin, crispy crêpes ooze with delicious homemade sauces, melty cheeses, decadent chocolate, fresh-cut fruits, Glacier gelato, and much more. The Boulder crêperie has added salads to the menu, including a spinach salad with a homemade raspberry vinaigrette, and an apple-and-toasted-almond salad with a Dijon vinaigrette that has both delicious flavor and texture. Also new to the menu are soups and appetizers such as escargots served in a garlic-herb cream sauce over spinach and Gruyère cheese. “The same great crêpes as always” include the Crêpe Montaignesautéed chicken, mushrooms, asparagus and garlic in a white-wine cream sauce with extra-virgin olive oil, and the Monte Cristochicken, ham and Cheddar, with raspberry jam and honey Dijon. Among the dessert crêpes, try Nutella and fresh-cut fruits; bananas Foster with flambéed bananas, finished with Chantilly cream; classic Crêpe Suzette; Lemon Soufflê and many original creations. Crêpes à la Cart now uses Red Bird organic free-range chicken, and other organic meats and produce. Feel free to drop in for breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert and late nights.
