Italian Cuisine
Inspired by the food, wine and culture of Italy’s Piemonte region, Alba is a favorite of locals, visitors and critics. Chef Alexander Feldman brings a wealth of experience to Alba, having worked in some of Italy’s finest restaurants. The menu is weighted toward the cooking of northern Italy, especially Piemonte, Tuscany and Emilia-Romagna. Chef Feldman creates fresh pasta daily, offering a constantly changing array of seasonal pasta dishes alongside the always present lasagne verdi alla Bolognese. Chef Feldman also always has a perfectly al dente, cooked-to-order risotto for your enjoyment. Alba’s handcrafted dishes utilize the freshest, organic local produce and the highest quality meats and seafood. A nightly vegetable tasting incorporates the freshest available produce. For dessert, sample the affogato and cookie platter, or enjoy a fresh fruit and berry crostada for two. Alba’s monthly wine dinners showcase four courses of food and wine from a specific region of Italy. The wine list guides you on a journey through Italy.
