Start off with Buffalo seitan with blue cheese and a carrot and celery salad, or smoked tofu crêpe with watercress, vodka-horseradish cream and an apple and pear salad. For a main course, consider vegan enchiladas with corn, summer squash and zucchini and red beans with roasted tomatillo and tomato sauces; or a raw trio consisting of fennel salad, cucumber and jicama relish, tomatillo salad and green gazpacho; or Jamaican jerk tempeh served with Forbidden black rice, coconut-plantain sauce, chard and fruit salsa. Save room for the Forbidden black-rice pudding or vegan carrot cake. The wine list features all organic, biodynamic or sustainable wines, and Martinis are made with Vodka 14, an organic local vodka.
