1940s & 50s White Christmas Ball
Dec. 3: This annual nostalgic holiday party features a gorgeous canopy of lights, vintage WWII planes and other vehicles, decorated trees, live music, re-enactments from the timeless movie “White Christmas,” and hours of dancing. Circle of Care Intergenerational Holiday Dinner

Erie Country Christmas and Parade of Lights
Dec. 2: Erie’s annual holiday event includes Santa’s workshop, caroling, complimentary s’mores, a living nativity scene, free hayrides and a parade. 5-8pm in downtown Erie. www.eriechamber.org.
Holiday Mountain Market

Hotel Boulderado Holiday Tea Series
The Hotel Boulderado hosts a series of annual holiday-themed teas, often paired with holiday bazaars and live entertainment. Check www.boulderado.com for details and registration. The Boulderado is at 2115 13th St.
Dec. 24: The Boulder Jewish Community Center presents “Klezmania: A New Musical and Culinary Christmas Eve Tradition,” a celebration for the first night of Chanukah that features musical programming for all ages. The JCC is at 6007 Oreg Ave. Check www.boulderjcc.org for more information.
Lafayette Holiday Events
Dec. 3: “Home for the Holidays,” Lafayette’s annual family event, features visits with Santa, hot cocoa, holiday cookies, carolers and live reindeer at Festival Plaza, 309 South Boulder Road. Longmont: Gift of Home Christmas Home Tour

Longmont Museum Holiday Festival

Louisville Parade of Lights
Dec. 2: Annual holiday parade in Louisville is held in conjunction with the monthly art walk downtown. Main Street closes at 4pm, ArtWalk is 4-6:30pm, and the parade begins at 7pm. Polar Express Train Rides
Through Dec. 23: On select dates, the Colorado Railroad Museum in Golden offers special Polar Express–themed events, with activities based on the beloved children’s book. These events sell out quickly; check www.coloradorailroadmuseum.org.
