19th Annual Lafayette Peach Festival, Aug. 18

All Things Peaches

What: An annual summertime festival that celebrates all things peaches, but also includes food vendors, arts and crafts booths, antiques dealers, live entertainment, and children’s activities like face painting and balloon-animal sculpting.

Why: If you love peaches, then you’ll think everything about this festival is cool! More than 30,000 pounds of peaches are trucked over from the Western Slope and available for purchase, plus there’s freshly made peach pie, cobbler and even peach pizza for sale. But it’s also a beloved annual tradition that brings the community together for a day of food and fun.

Where: In Old Town Lafayette along Public Road

When:  Saturday, August 18, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
