If you missed it in Boulder yesterday, there’s still time for one of the cooler, weirder offerings from the Boulder International Film Festival.

Combining a Tesla-like car with a high-tech projection system, Racing Extinction is one of those events you’ll have to see for yourself to fully experience. The lightshow makes a powerful statement about the future of humanity and the environment through its undercover projection-mobile. In addition to the visual-media projections, Leilani Munter, race car driver and environmental activist, will join BIFF as a panelist for the Global Town Hall. Munter will be driving the Racing Extinction car.

Here’s the skinny on the car’s wheres and whens:

Santa Fe Art Walk: 7pm-8pm Center for Visual Art 965 Santa Fe Dr, Denver, CO 80204
(Louisville, Broomfield, Longmont) Locations in each city TBA; between hours of 7:00pm-9:00pm
Back of the Boulder County Courthouse, near the Boulder Theater: 8:30pm
