Who doesn’t like chocolate?! Head down to the Denver Museum of Nature & Science this weekend (or any other day through May 8) to see Chocolate: The Exhibition. Learn about how chocolate grows, the history of chocolate and humanity, and it’s place in today’s world.
The exhibit features a tropical rainforest, where cacao beans grow; ancient Maya, the first known people to use the cacao beans; an Aztec Marketplace, showing the use of cacao as payment, offerings, and more; chocolate coming to Europe; the manufacturing of chocolate; and chocolate in today’s world.
This exhibit is part of the museum’s general admission.
