This September 11 marks the 15th year after the attacks on the World Trade Center towers, the Pentagon, and the plane that was diverted from its path towards Washington D.C. to Pennsylvania.

Not many will forget where they were and what they were doing when they heard about the attacks.  Not many will forget the horror as the attacks unfolded on national TV and more information came in.

Keep everyone in your thoughts this September 11.  The attacks had a profound effect on the nation and the world.  Colorado will have several ceremonies and observances.

Denver will have its annual 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb at Red Rocks, from 9 am to noon.

Greeley will have their Voices of September 11th concert at 7:30 pm in Greeley Central High School’s auditorium.

Colorado Remembers 9/11 begins at 1 pm in Civic Center Park in Denver.  There will be an observance and a free tribute concert by John Fogerty and Colorado’s Big Head Todd and the Monsters.
