Hold on to your hats, people. The Organic Sandwich Company, which a recent addition to the 1500 block of Pearl Street, has released the recipe to its super-popular spread, Bacon Jam. And it’s just as meaty, wholesome and natural as you’d expect it to be from this company (which I’ve already raved about here).

Marcy Miller, the Organic Sandwich Company’s owner, shared the coveted bacon jam recipe during a cooking demonstration. She uses the jam on the company’s most popular sandwich, the Turkey and Bacon Jam sandwich. The spread comes out sweet and sugary, with a seamless smoky/oily bacon finish that pairs well with salty foods (like the Turkey and Bacon Jam’s pretzel bread).
