Thanksgiving is coming up faster and faster! This weekend you might be busy preparing for all of the festivities, but incase you want some options for the family this weekend, we have your back! The college kids are all out on Friday for the week, so enjoy empty yet beautiful Boulder while you can. Take a break from errands and enjoy this weekend, here are some activities that you and the family definitely do not want to miss out on!

 

  1. Mommies! This One’s for You!

Relax and take a break from everything this Friday at the beautiful Butterfly Pavilion while enjoying a nice glass of wine and painting a beautiful canvas! Explore your creative side, have a drink, and invite your friends! This activity is going to leave you with a beautiful and creative painting as well as being, fun, relaxing, and social!   1. Elevate Your Cooking!

We know not everyone is a five star chef… so if you’re doing Thanksgiving dinner at your house this year, you’ll want to keep reading. On Saturday, TBC will hold a Cooking FUN-damentals Class that will prepare you well for the big day. You’ll learn basics about cooking while having an awesome time. You’ll learn everything from knife skills, to flavor pairings and you’ll have a yummy meal at the end. Wow your family this holiday season. Boulder, we can all be Top Chefs!   1. Books and Brunch

This unique activity is for the little ones! On Sunday morning, head to the Boulder Library for a reading of Where the Wild Things Are, and there is even a themed exhibit to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the story book! Seed’s will provide a delicious brunch for you and your family while you explore the one of a kind exhibit that is so fortunately taking place in Boulder! For registration details, click here.
